(3S,4R)-3,4-ジヒドロキシシクロヘキサ-1,5-ジエン-1,4-ジカルボン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ

(3S,4R)-3,4-ジヒドロキシシクロヘキサ-1,5- ジエン-1,4-ジカルボン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ（(3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxycyclohexa-1,5-diene-1,4-dicarboxylate dehydrogenase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は(3S,4R)-3,4-ジヒドロキシシクロヘキサ-1,5-ジエン-1,4-ジカルボン酸とNAD、生成物は3,4-ジヒドロキシ安息香酸とNADHと二酸化炭素とHである。補因子として鉄を用いる。

組織名は(3S,4R)-3,4-dihydroxycyclohexa-1,5-diene-1,4-dicarboxylate:NAD oxidoreductaseで、別名に(1R,2S)-dihydroxy-3,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dicarboxylate dehydrogenase, terephthalate 1,2-cis-dihydrodiol dehydrogenase, cis-4,5-dihydroxycyclohexa-1(6),2-diene-1,4-dicarboxylate:NAD oxidoreductase (decarboxylating)がある。
