アン・プラット（Anne Pratt、1806年12月5日 – 1893年）は、イギリスの博物画家である。ビクトリア時代の最も有名な植物学者の一人である。
ケント州のストルゥド（Strood)で、食料品店の娘に生まれた。子供時代は膝が悪く、健康にもめぐまれず野外活動はできず、絵を描いて過ごした。ロチェスターで教育を受けた後、家族の友人の園芸家のドッド医師に紹介され、1826年にロンドンに移り、画家としての経歴を積み始めた。その後、ドーバーやイースト。グリンステッドに住み、結婚して、レッドヒルに住んだ。
彩色石版（クロモリソグラフ）手法を用いて、20冊以上の著書を出版した。1855年の『イギリスの花とシダ』（"The flowering plants, grasses, sedges, and ferns of Great Britain"）はイギリスの植物についての、一般の関心を引き起こした。彩色石版の技術上の制約のために、色彩は必ずしも正確ではなかった。一般大衆向けのスタイルであったが、正確さが評価されている。植物学の大衆化に功績があった。版画家のウィリアム・ディケンズと協力した。
