3-オキソアシル[アシル輸送タンパク質]レダクターゼ(3-oxoacyl-[acyl-carrier-protein] reductase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- (3R)-3-ヒドロキシアシル-[アシル輸送タンパク質] NADP 3-オキソアシル-[アシル輸送タンパク質] NADPH H
すなわち、この酵素の基質は(3R)-3-ヒドロキシアシル-[アシル輸送タンパク質]とNADP 、生成物は3-オキソアシル-[アシル輸送タンパク質]とNADPHとH である。
組織名は(3R)-3-hydroxyacyl-[acyl-carrier protein]:NADP oxidoreductaseで、別名にβ-ketoacyl-[acyl-carrier protein](ACP) reductase, beta-ketoacyl acyl carrier protein (ACP) reductase, β-ketoacyl reductase, β-ketoacyl thioester reductase, β-ketoacyl-ACP reductase, β-ketoacyl-acyl carrier protein reductase, 3-ketoacyl acyl carrier protein reductase, NADPH-specific 3-oxoacyl-[acylcarrier protein]reductase, 3-oxoacyl-[ACP]reductase, (3R)-3-hydroxyacyl-[acyl-carrier-protein]:NADP oxidoreductaseがある。
