マンサー・オルソン（英：Mancur Olson, Jr.、1932年12月22日 - 1998年2月19日）は、アメリカの経済学者、社会科学者。
ノースダコタ州グランドフォークス生まれ。生涯、メリーランド大学カレッジパーク校で教鞭を執った。制度派経済学について、私的所有、税制、公共財、集合行為といった分野で貢献し、政治学などにも大きな影響を与えた。
