アラン・マクサム（Allan Maxam,1942年10月28日 - ） は、分子遺伝学の開拓者の一人で、ハーバード大学の学生時代に、ウォルター・ギルバートと共にマクサム・ギルバード法といわれるDNAシークエンシング手法を開発した。
